No Refunds on Payments
All payments made to Traffic 9 Media are non-refundable. This includes setup fees, monthly service fees, and any additional costs incurred during the course of our work together. We invest significant time, resources, and expertise into every project from the moment we begin, which is why refunds are not provided.
Service Agreements
By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined in your specific service agreement. These agreements detail the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms. We encourage clients to thoroughly review these agreements before proceeding.
Change Requests
We understand that project requirements can evolve. Change requests that fall outside the original scope of work may incur additional charges, which will be discussed and agreed upon before implementation.
Project Cancellations
If you choose to cancel a project after work has commenced, any payments made up to that point are non-refundable. We will provide you with all completed work and assets created during the project.
Client Responsibilities
Timely communication and feedback are essential for project success. Delays caused by client unresponsiveness may affect project timelines but do not entitle clients to refunds or discounts.
Satisfaction Guarantee Disclaimer
While we strive for excellence in all our work, we do not offer a satisfaction guarantee that includes refunds. However, we are committed to working with clients to address concerns and make reasonable adjustments within the project scope.
Delays, Non-Payment, and Service Guarantees
All services and guarantees are contingent upon timely client cooperation and payment. Failure to provide requested information, approvals, or assets, or any declined, failed, or missed payments, may result in immediate suspension of services. Any service guarantees are rendered null and void during such periods. Work will resume only after all outstanding requirements and balances are fulfilled.
Monthly Service Cancellations
For ongoing monthly services, cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the next billing cycle. Payments made for the current billing period are non-refundable.

In the event of a dispute regarding our services or this policy, we encourage clients to contact us directly. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and professionally.
